Private Duty Care

In addition to providing private duty care / nursing for children with special needs, Lakeshore Home Health Care Services can also provide nursing care for clients of all ages with medical conditions that require care by a licensed nurse or aide with specialized training.  We work closely with families to acknowledge their needs and to incorporate their goals in developing and implementing the client's opportunity to reach their full potential.

If you have a serious medical condition or have an injury from an accident we can assist you to stay in your home by providing private duty care.  We specialize in caring for clients in their homes with special equipments such as; ventilators, tracheotomies, and tube feedings.    

Lakeshore Home Health Care Services Qualifications: 

• CHAP accreditation
• Approved and regulated by the State of Michigan
• Medicaid licensed since 1999
• We work with private insurances, including auto and worker’s comp
• Have our own billing staff and can resolve insurance issues in house
• Service Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Battle Creek and surrounding areas.
