Medication Management and Client Teaching

Lakeshore Home Health Care has RN’s, LPN’s and trained aides to assist you or loved one with medication management.  This can include setting up the medications as needed, ordering refills, and communicating with your physician.  A supervisor is always available for your questions or concerns. 

We have licensed staff available to provide client teaching services, education to you or your loved one regarding your diagnoses, medications, treatment plan or any other identified needs.
